Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Ekolife Natura. Ekolife Natura offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
1. MAKING A PURCHASE
Browse through our web site and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on add to basket and proceed to the checkout. You’ll have the option to checkout as a guest (without registering), login to your account, or create a new account. We’ll ask you for your billing and shipping details and for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
2. PAYMENT METHODS
In the purchasing process (after you add your goods to the basket and go to checkout) you will be asked to choose between the supported payment methods. Purchases can be payed via PAYPAL or via bank wire transfer (prepayment); where details of the payment are as follows:

We send all orders via currier GLS Slovenia (General Logistic Systems Slovenia). If your country is not supported you’ll find the shipping to be unavailable when completing the order. We are sorry for that and we hope GLS company will be getting the parcels to your country soon.

4. RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
We aim to send all orders to you promptly on a first come first served basis. However at bust periods we ask for your patience, as orders may take slightly longer to be dispatched and delivered. You will receive an email notifying you of when your product(s) are on their way to you. Please be advised that international orders, may take up to 12 days to be delivered. No more than 12 days should pass, so if that happens, let us know!
We honour your right to change your mind. If you order products that you have not yet opened and wish to return for a refund please note that these must be unused and in a re-sellable condition. Please contact us via e-mail to notify us of your intention to return a product and we will advise the correct returns address for you to send the product back to. Please be aware that we do not refund postage costs. Please allow up to 14 days to receive your refund.
6. PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER
If you have any issues with your order, this must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery via e-mail. We aim to rectify issues promptly and thank you for your patience. We usually ask you to send a photo of the product that you have received or of the error that you wish to report.
We do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. You can disable cookies by following the instructions in your web browser, although if you do this, parts of our web site will not work for you and you will have to do more manually. Please note we never pass any of your details or cookie information on to third parties.
8. DISCOUNT VOUCHERS AND PROMOTIONS
When running promotions on our website, we reserve the right to prevent the use of additional discount codes / vouchers. Products within promotions cannot be purchased in conjunction with any other offers. There is only a limited amount of stock available so once it’s gone, it’s most certainly gone!
